Martha Speaks: There Goes the Neighborhood

Summary: Alice is temporarily taking care of a cat while the cat waits to be adopted.  Martha is prejudiced against cats.  The cat likes Martha even though Martha isn’t nice to him.  Over time Martha becomes friends with the cat, but tries to hide the friendship from the other dogs.  Martha eventually confesses her friendship and encourages the other dogs to not be prejudiced.

Theme: Don’t let prejudice prevent a friendship.
